Cancellation Policy

At AMP it is important to understand that time is valuable which is why a credit card is required to reserve any and all appointments booked with our Studio. We do also understand that circumstance can arise and be unpredictable. If you are booking an appointment with any of our stylist on the first 1- 1.5hr timing we ask that you allow a 48hr notice for canceling or rescheduling. If your appointment falls in the service time(s) that require 2hrs or more please give your stylist(s) a 72hr notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Please note that if notified less than 48hrs (or 72hr applies to your booking time) a 25% service charge will be processed to the card on file. All appointments that are canceled 24hrs (or 48hr for 2+ hr time slots) in advance a 50% service charge will be applied to the card on file. If appointment(s) are canceled less than 24hr before or the appointment is a No call, no show the card on file will be charged the full amount of the service(s) scheduled.
